It may be<a class=\"entry-img-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.plugpower.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Jim-D.-retirement-e1518704182209.jpg\"<\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3780 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.plugpower.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Jim-D.-retirement-e1518704182209.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"328\" height=\"136\" \/><\/a> his dedication, his get-it-done attitude, his humble approach taken to his work, his countless patents, or the fact that he\u2019s mentored multiple generations of fuel cell engineers. But in any case, Jim\u2019s 18 years at Plug Power has been instrumental to helping us build our business today, and I congratulate him on his retirement.<\/p>\n<p>Jim, Plug Power\u2019s Principal Mechanical Engineer, joined Plug Power in 1999. Over the past 18 years, Jim has repeatedly led entire teams in the design of Plug Power\u2019s liquid-cooled, air-cooled and metal f<a class=\"entry-img-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.plugpower.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/jim-retirement-2-e1518704315667.jpg\"<\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3781 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.plugpower.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/jim-retirement-2-e1518704315667.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"145\" height=\"238\" \/><\/a>uel cell stack technology. \u00a0His meticulous work in structural integrity analysis has enabled Plug Power to build products that positively react to real-world forces. It\u2019s a fact that Jim\u2019s work has deeply influenced Plug Power\u2019s natural progression into successful mobility-power applications.<\/p>\n<p>Every company has model employees that not only influence product\u2019s fit, form and function, but also provide a cornerstone to corporate culture.
